Orders & Returns:

A sale is not final between Postidal and the customer until both parties—Postidal charges the customer and the customer—receive their package. If the customer’s package is lost or stolen, the customer may have to file a police report and/or create an incident report with Postidal’s Customer Support.

Postidal only offers reimbursement or replacement of the items stolen or lost if the customer can show proof or evidence of the occurrence. If your item has been misplaced, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
